Sunboard UV- HDPE

Sunboard™ is our UV-stabilized HDPE manufactured and designed for outdoor and marine applications. The beauty of this product is that does not crack, stain, peel, rot, swell or absorb water like other materials. In addition the color will not fade and will stay vibrant for years to come under direct sunlight and exposure to outdoor weather conditions. It is also mildew resistant and graffiti resistant. In essence after installations it requires zero maintenance.

Sunboard™ also is easy to work with using standard woodworking tools. It is soft enough to form smooth curves and bends. Unlike wood this material has no grain and it will not splinter which is a plus for woodworking craftsmen.

Ship Captains like this material because of its durability to withstand the harsh UV rays reflected by the ocean without fading the color. Plus Sunboard™ is used in outdoor furniture so using this material for tables, stools or benches would be ideal.
