Nelson helped me out and went above and beyond my needs and got me exactly what I needed and more. If I ever need anything plastic related I wouldn’t mind making the longer trip out from Seal Beach to here because of how pleased I was with this experience!

The best will call experience I’ve had. Miguel was great and more than willing to help me find what I needed. He showed me the plastics I had questions about and even show me other plastics that would work for me. I loved that the warehouse was clean and organized. Will defiantly be going back there again.

Spent 20 minutes on the phone with Jeff. He really knew his business. I had a million questions. They had bunches of materials and were able to cut my parts to the size it need. They also had round pieces to make the stackable cake stand for my daughters wedding. Thanks for the help.

I miss Joe. For about 12 years my company has used Industrial Plastics, and my favorite guy to talk to has been Joe. I found out he retired recently, and that is a bummer. I did find Matt and Kevin, and they are both great, but they don’t have the quirky sense of humor that Joe had. It’s still all good, and they treat me right.

I’ve been working with IPS for the last few weeks on my small kitchen project. Nelson has gone above and beyond and has answered numerous emails, phone calls and in-person questions from me. I’ve been there to pick up my orders on 5 different occasions and each time everyone has been prompt, courteous and helpful. Craftsmanship has been spot on as well. Would highly recommend whether you have a big project or small one like mine.

I came here a while back ago to get some plastic to work on a indash piece for a tablet I was working on for my car (to be used as a radio). The staff here ROCK. Extremely friendly, knowledgeble, and helpful. The free plastic scraps they had outside were really useful. And the types of plastics were plentiful. I felt like a kid in a candy store. I walked out of there spending no more than $20 dollars. The project I had worked great. About a year or two later and the plastic they gave me has been holding up extremely well. Thank you, to all you guys! Definitely my go to place for plastic and definitely a place (you the reader) should check out! 😀

I went to industrial plastic supply the other day to purchase some plastic for a project. Carlos helped me on the floor and was extremely helpful! He really took the time to help me! It was nearing closing time but Carlos didn’t care and still treated me as though I was a customer that came in first thing. Arrived at this plastic wonderland around half an hour before closing time.

The employee was really kind and took interest in our project. He asked a few questions to get a better understanding on the best suitable product. Very knowledgeable in the plastics about durability and flexibility. We even were allowed to be shown the products. He walked us to the items and took it out of the covering to explain the dimensions and the weight it can withhold.

These guys are no joke. Rows upon rows of various plastic tubes, slabs, etc.

We can’t wait to return.

Industrial Plastic Supply is a great place to deal with! They are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I learn something new about plastics every time I go there. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been great. They don’t mind small orders and have always gotten our orders correct. Carlos has been especially helpful, teaching me about a our differing options with various materials. We use a few plastic suppliers depending on our needs from time to time but this place is the best in my opinion.

I called them and worked with one of their reps on a custom project I needed for work. It started with me describing the problem and their rep helped me find the right product, they then sketched out a design for my approval and fabricated at a reasonable price. I am overall happy, the material suggested has held up for a few years now although it has flexed a little more than preferred, still significantly more durable than what another vendor sold us.

Called them yesterday and got great service and lots of answers for materials I was looking for. I needed a material called ABS for making models. Great place! Great service. I have a bad habit of “same day order/pickup”. They have always filled, no problem!! Carlos always gives us a deal and is alway a pleasure to talk with.
