Fluoropolymers, like PTFE, offer excellent wear resistant, heat resistant and non-stick. PTFE is a thermoplastic polymer, which is a white solid at room temperature, and a density of about 2.2g/cm3. Material has extremely good chemical resistance. Retains properties over a large range of temperatures, -100ºF to 400ºF.

The low temperature is easy for PTFE materials, but the upper temperature range is about 500f continuous. You may need to change to a different material to reach the 600f. Let us know what you are looking for, perhaps we can assist.
